Kids/Teens Self Defense Tamarac - The Best After School Youth Activity
📱 WHAT IF YOU REPLACED JUST ONE HOUR OF SCREEN TIME THIS WEEK?
Not forever. Not every day. Just one hour.
An hour where your child isn't watching someone else do something…
They're doing it themselves. Moving. Learning.
Sweating. Listening. Laughing. Trying.
Failing. Trying again. Learning a new skill.
Meeting other kids and leaving with that feeling of:
“I did something today.”
That's what makes an activity valuable.
Taekwondo isn't just something to watch.
It's something to experience.
đź“ŤTamarac & Sunrise Parents:
🥋 If your child could use more movement and less scrolling, let's get them on the mat.
If you've been thinking about trying us, stop wondering.
